Absolutely love this place! The personal training studio is second to none and the trainers are all very qualified, offering a diverse range of functional, mobility, strength and health coaching. The classes are pumping and the virtual training/classes are a great option for busy mums like me who want to train regularly. It suites all levels from athletes to beginners to those recovering from injury.

Love this place! Mahi has an amazing team of professional trainers, fabulous classes and great equipment. When you train at Mahi, you're part of a community of people who support each other to train and live well. You feel like part of the family!!

The best workouts I have ever had - if you want to get fit - this is the Place! 

Staff are friendly and offer a wide range of Classes and Instruction. Whether you are just getting off the couch or wanting to really push your limits you can attend a class or get Personal one on one Training.

You will learn so many new ways to exercise and move, no bicep curls here, no posers in the mirrors, no egos, it is an all over friendly supportive fitness, mobility, mind, strength and wellbeing space.

Female friendly and very supportive on all levels and a really good community of people from all walks of Life.

Been Going to this gym for 8 years, doing Health Coaching and Classes - has kept me in check and helped me achieve long term fitness, keeping me strong and uninjured. (14 years of Marathon Running and 100km Runner and Surfing). Thank you Mahi !!

Been training for 25 years and this is the Best gym I’ve trained at… the people, the trainers, the wisdoms shared. A fully holistic experience with programs that have been designed with great consideration to supporting me exactly where I’m at in any moment.

In my 6 months training with Joe, I haven’t done the same session twice. The man is a humble beacon of wisdom and light and an epically motivating dude at the same time.

So I showed up to Mahi after Joe invited me to a VIPR class... I quickly discovered my conditioning had significantly dwindled after many years of just running and a bit of yoga. I kept showing up and slowly I noticed significant increases in my flexibility, strength, cardiovascular capacity. My body shape has shifted. My energy through the day is consistent and strong. Yes there were times where it was extremely difficult to walk the next 2 days... But the results... At 43, I look at my body and know I am in far far better shape than I was when I started at Mahi just 2 years ago. Grateful. If you know you need to make a change in your body and what you are doing right now just is not giving you the results you desire - then the first step is to join Mahi and the next - consistently show up. We stumbled upon Mahi when we moved to Suffolk and fell in love with Joe and his extensive knowledge when it comes to the mind and body and the balance between the two. The classes are great and Joe is an amazing health coach. We have since moved an hour out of Byron but continue to make the trek down to Mahi because we love it so much, I think that in itself should speak volumes!

I can’t rate this club highly enough. The trainers are professionals who are nothing but supportive, encouraging and continue to keep their skills contemporary. Regardless of your fitness level, this club is for everyone. More like a big family with a lot of smiles😁.

I found Joe when I was looking for a personal trainer to help me with a 3-month fitness challenge. I have been working out most of my adult life and already had a weekly routine where I was working out 5 days a week, but with Joe’s guidance, I learnt to not just workout hard but also workout smart. I got more out of the two private sessions per week with Joe than I was getting from the 5 classes I was doing at another gym, and I reached my goal, won the challenge and have a new attitude towards training that is more sustainable. Joe is one of my new heroes and I can’t be around the guy without being inspired to be the best version of myself, and that flows over into the rest of my life, so now not only am I fitter than ever, I have levelled up in many other areas of my life too, and that 3-month challenge has now turned into a life long one. The sessions are challenging, fun and rewarding and are based on the assumption that you're there for a serious workout. And the Mana community is lively and supportive.
