I do this not only for myself—but for my two boys, who inspire me daily to live what I teach. After recovering from a coma and paralysis, my mission is clear: to help others rise—stronger, simpler, and freer. Health and freedom are my compass. I eat organic, rise early, and stay grounded in nature. I’ve competed in soccer, basketball, skiing, snowboarding, volleyball, swimming, motocross, and athletics—and I still live actively every day. After fully recovering from a motorbike accident, a coma, and being told I wouldn’t be able to walk again, I now value the simple things: walking, dressing, a deep breath.
