Learn how to increase your metabolic rate (increase your metabolism), how to get the most out of your workouts (and which workout style is best and why), how to have a lean body whilst having MORE energy, strength and vitality, but best of all, how to change your body shape long term.
This program is designed to take out the complications and confusion of food and help to understand what to eat, when and why so you can have a positive relationship with food.
The accountability in this program empowers you to make the changes you want yourself, with a little guidance and push.
Flick does goal setting and body composition analysis to ensure the results are based on you and what YOU want.
